We have no intentions of removing the free portal plan. So you can rest assured that you can take full advantage of the free plan. If we ever make changes to our free plan, we will make sure to plan accordingly with all customers residing in the free tier.
If you do not have access to the agency dashboard in a HighLevel account, you will not be able to take advantage of the Engagement Widget tools and features that connect directly to HighLevel using an agency API key. You can still use the Engagement Widget and get incredible value from it!
As of today, the ChatHQ Portal is not white labeled, so your customers will see ChatHQ branding if they login. Soon we will be giving customers on the AGENCY plan the ability to embed a white labeled version of the ChatHQ Portal directly into their HighLevel account, which will allow them to give their customers access to building their own widgets!
